1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "zv888", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the website zv888.win and all associated services, products and platforms offered thereunder.
• "Platform" means the zv888 website accessible at zv888.win, including its sportsbook, casino, slots, crash games, lottery draws and all ancillary features.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account on zv888, associated with a unique identifier and wallet balance.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency denomination used for user wallets on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback credit or similar incentive credited to an Account that is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by zv888 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the zv888 Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and zv888.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and must not register an account or make any deposit. Continued use of zv888 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional terms communicated to you on the Platform. In the event of conflict, the more specific document shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

3 Eligibility

You may only register and use a zv888 Account if you satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person aged 18 (eighteen) years or older at the time of registration. zv888 operates a strict 18+ policy and will terminate any account found to have been opened by a minor.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform by zv888 via a self-exclusion request or by administrative suspension.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the zv888 Platform, you must create an Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one active Account on zv888. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance therein may be forfeited.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate and complete registration information. zv888 relies on this information for KYC verification, payment processing and fraud prevention. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify zv888 immediately via the support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. zv888 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. Account Transfers: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign or otherwise transfer your Account or its balance to any other person.
5. KYC Completion: Full identity verification (including submission of government-issued ID and proof of address) is required before zv888 will process any withdrawal request. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

zv888 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill and Neteller. All transactions are denominated in PKR for Pakistani users unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed instantly. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on the banking institution. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible (source-of-funds matching). Withdrawals to JazzCash are typically completed within 2 hours for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may be up to 3 business days. zv888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal.

Fees: zv888 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which zv888 accepts no responsibility.

Currency: All account balances are maintained in PKR. Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency, conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. zv888 is not liable for currency fluctuation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on zv888 is subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific supplementary rules are published on the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• Bets are confirmed and become binding only when acknowledged by the zv888 system and reflected in your transaction history. Verbal or chat-based bet placement instructions are not valid.
• zv888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an erroneous price or market (including obvious technical errors), refunding the stake to the Account without interest.
• In-play bets on cricket — including PSL, international T20s and Test matches — are subject to automated bet acceptance. In the event of a feed delay or data discrepancy, zv888 reserves the right to settle in-play bets based on the official result source designated for that event.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live studio results in the case of live dealer games. zv888 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per game session or per calendar day may apply and are communicated within the relevant game or sport section. Wins in excess of applicable maximums will be capped at the stated limit.
• zv888 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits where irregular or suspicious wagering patterns are detected.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

zv888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
• Only one Welcome Bonus is available per person, per household address and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a Welcome Bonus multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
• zv888 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or withhold any bonus at any time if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, collusion or exploitation of a platform error.
• Bonus Funds do not carry cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Unclaimed bonuses expire as stated in their terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the zv888 Platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on zv888.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, corrupt wagering or any form of insider betting on cricket, including PSL fixtures or international matches.
• Using automated bots, scripts, scrapers or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to exploit a bonus, market or game outcome.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or compromise the security of the zv888 Platform.
• Using funds on the Platform that are derived from illegal activity, including money laundering.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is explicitly prohibited.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the zv888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game content, software code and promotional material — is the intellectual property of zv888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of zv888.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zv888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from errors in your own betting decisions.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events including power outages, network failures or civil disruption.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Incorrect payment routing resulting from inaccurate banking details submitted by the user.

zv888's aggregate liability to any user in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user during the same period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of zv888.

11 Responsible Gaming

zv888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users. The Platform provides a range of player protection tools including deposit limits, session reminders, reality check notifications, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options.

Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility available via the Account settings or by contacting zv888 support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Suspension & Account Closure

zv888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Your Account is subject to a law enforcement inquiry or court order.
• Your wagering patterns suggest match-fixing, fraud or exploitation of system errors.
• The continued operation of your Account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to zv888.

In cases of account suspension, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and contested winnings) will be returned to the registered payment method of the account holder following completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting zv888 support. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timelines.

13 Amendments to Terms

zv888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notification on the Platform or via the email address registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which zv888 is licensed to operate. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing territory for resolution of any disputes arising out of these Terms.

Pakistani users acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with Pakistani law, including any provincial regulations, before using the Platform. zv888 makes no warranty that the Platform is lawfully accessible from all locations within Pakistan.
